发电机并网的具体流程:
2、将断路器控制开关KK打至合闸位置,将开关TK打至投入位置。
3、将STK打至粗调,按动升压降压按钮,将发电机电压调制与系统电压大致相同。
4、将STK打至细调,按动增速减速按钮,将发电机频率调制与系统大致相同。
5、检查同步表指, 顺时针平稳转动一圈后,在距离零度角20度时按下同期按钮。
6、检查发电机、断路器合闸。发电机并网的条件有三个条件:发电机的频率、电压、相位必须与电网的频率、电压、相位保持一致,才能并网发电。(三个条件完全一样叫同期;有一点偏差,但是在允许的范围内叫准同期)
The specific process of generator grid connection:
1. Press the excitation button on the exciter, check if the generator voltage has risen to a certain level, and ensure that the three-phase current of the generator is zero.
2. Turn the circuit breaker control switch KK to the closed position and switch TK to the engaged position.
3. Set STK to coarse adjustment, press the boost/buck button, and modulate the generator voltage to be approximately the same as the system voltage.
4. Set STK to fine tune, press the speed increase/decrease button, and modulate the generator frequency to be roughly the same as the system.
5. Check the synchronization table. After smoothly rotating clockwise for one turn, press the synchronization button at a distance of 20 degrees from zero.
6. Check the closing of the generator and circuit breaker. There are three conditions for the generator to be connected to the grid: the frequency, voltage, and phase of the generator must be consistent with the frequency, voltage, and phase of the grid in order to be connected to the grid for power generation. (Three conditions that are exactly the same are called synchronous; there is a slight deviation, but within the allowable range, it is called quasi synchronous)
